UA Local 630 is a combination Local that has jurisdiction in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Glades, Okeechobee, Highlands, Hendry, Charlotte, Lee and that portion of Collier County south of north latitude 27 degrees to Everglades City and west longitude 81 degrees 20 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico all in the state of Florida and beginning July 1, 1991 Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands consisting of St, Thomas, St. John and St. Croix. Our Pipefitter Welders work on everything from Retro-fit projects, HVAC projects both Commercial and Residential, right on up to the maintenance and outage work at St. Lucie Nuclear Plant Facility and Turkey Point Nuclear Plant. Our HVAC Technicians perform a wide range of work from Residential Service, Commercial Service, Control Work, right up to complete Chiller Service which includes trouble shooting and overhauling, rebuilding and if necessary replacing any equipment that needs to be replaced.
